STEP 1: Fill out and complete the Application Form on-line.
STEP 2: Click the link for the list of requirements for submission.
STEP 3: Upload the required documents for evaluation then click the SUBMIT button.
STEP 4: SMS or text confirmation receipt of the application will be sent to you with your application ID and password for your enlistment.
STEP 5: Please wait for the guidance office to contact you via email for your entrance examination.

To proceed with the next step of your application, please wait for the Admission Team to send the link of your ePAT (Paulinian Achievement Test) and will notify you for your interview.
